Whitehall Project
Complete renovation of this 1984 2-story Georgian brick home in Meyers Park. The upstairs Master bedroom and were re-configured for a more functional and usable space resulting in an elegant Master Retreat. The outdoor living space was added a year later to create a year-round entertainment room. The 2-sided fireplace allowed a light source along with the double skylights. In-ceiling heaters and fans help control the temperature. The outdoor kitchen area is tucked under a vine-drenched pergola.
Valleybrook Project
This 1957, 4 bedroom, 3 1⁄2 bath ranch sits on nearly 3 acres in the heart of Charlotte. It had undergone several re-models over the years and needed a complete and total renovation. We designed a floor plan that took advantage of all the natural light, relocating the kitchen, converting the existing living room into a guest retreat, moving the master bedroom and adding a 700 square foot covered porch.
Corta Bella Backyard Renovation Project
This was a backyard transformation turned into an outdoor Oasis. Consisting of mostly cement and an unattractive pool, we removed all the concrete and replaced with stone planters and landscaping. Installed pavers and artificial turf to soften the hardscapes. Added a gas fire-pit and outdoor grilling area. Designed custom made rod-iron awnings that would allow the flowering vines to eventually grow on creating much needed shade in sunny Las Vegas.
Jarrell Court
This 2-story brick home in Providence park was updated with a new kitchen, mudroom, and gracious home office downstairs. We re-designed the space on the 2nd floor creating a spacious Master Retreat over the garage and re – configuring the existing Master into a 3rd bedroom, new laundry room and upstairs office/nook. We updated the secondary bathroom as a Jack & Jill bath to accommodate the new bedroom.
Ayscough Project
The owners of this charming brick ranch in Barclay Downs wanted to update their kitchen, add a laundry room, and create a covered outdoor living area. We designed a gabled patio with an exposed truss end, added a full masonry fireplace and patio dining area. We designed a functional and spacious kitchen with plenty of seating and storage space.
